Bilingual French-German Intern pre-HEG Bilingual Intern French-German (Pre-HEG Internship)



Main tasks

  • Welcoming clients and managing the co-working space
  • Handling telephone calls, correspondence and administrative follow-up
  • Assisting with reception management
  • Managing orders, tidying and filing (physical and digital)
  • Managing software, client files, offers and invoices
  • Various advanced layout and automation tasks with Office and new technologies
  • Invoicing and support for accounting

Profile sought

  • You are in your final year of secondary school or wish to undertake a gap year before entering a HEG
  • You are interested in administrative tasks, organisation and client contact
  • You are proficient or comfortable with MS Word (advanced layouts)
  • You speak fluent French and German (bilingual or very good level)
  • You demonstrate organisation, rigour and autonomy
  • You appreciate teamwork while knowing how to take initiative
  • You are service-oriented, versatile and motivated to learn in a dynamic environment

  • Collaboration in layout design and automation with Office and new technologies
  • Invoicing and support for accounting

Profile sought

  • You are in the final year of secondary school or planning an internship year before entering a HEG
  • You are interested in administrative activities, organisation and client contact
  • You master MS Word or are confident in using it (advanced layouts)
  • You speak fluent French and German (bilingual or very good level)
  • You are characterised by organisational talent, accuracy and independence
  • You enjoy working in a team but also take initiative
  • You are service-oriented, versatile and motivated to learn in a dynamic environment
