For our projects in the Lucerne region, we are seeking a committed individual to support our project teams organisationally and administratively during execution and to keep an overview when many threads come together.

What you can achieve with us

Your role


You are the organisational hub of our projects and ensure that our construction site and project teams can work efficiently. With your organisational talent, service orientation, and eye for detail, you create the foundation for a smooth project routine.

What to expect

Organisation and administration of the construction office for several projects
Support of project management and execution teams in all administrative matters
Reception and care of clients, partners, and visitors
Creation, processing, and management of contracts and project documentation
Verification and posting of invoices in SAP
Management and archiving of revision and project documentation
Coordination of appointments, meetings, and site visits
Organisation of internal and external events
Ensuring professional information and document management

What you bring with you

What you bring with you

Commercial basic training or comparable qualification
Experience in an administrative or project-related role
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
French language skills are a plus
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
High initiative and pronounced organisational talent
Enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
