What we are looking for:

• Diploma corresponding to the role (recognised in Switzerland);
• Flexibility and versatility (travel between our 3 sites);
• Experience in home help and care;
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and independently;
• Knowledge of the canton’s health, social and associative network;
• Reflectiveness and adaptability;
• Proficiency with common IT tools;
• Language skills: French minimum B2;
• Vehicle owner (comfortable with mountain driving).
