In addition to care, you will provide practical daily help, supporting our clients with household tasks and everyday activities.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to maintaining the well-being of our clients.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma corresponding to the role (recognised in Switzerland);
- Flexibility and versatility (travel between our 3 sites);
- Experience in home help and care;
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and independently;
- Knowledge of the canton’s health, social and associative network;
- Reflectiveness and adaptability;
- Proficiency with common IT tools;
- Language skills: French minimum B2;
- Vehicle owner (comfortable with mountain driving).
