The position

• You programme and configure modern CNC lathes and turning-milling centres to produce complex customer components and advise clients on their tooling choices
• You receive the machines with the clients (FAT and SAT) and ensure the smooth start of production
• Your technical knowledge enables you to assist clients during programming and optimise existing production processes
• You carry out maintenance and repair interventions independently at clients’ sites and guarantee high availability of the installations
• You train users in the daily operation of the machines and actively contribute to their expertise

Your qualities

• You hold a professional diploma as a polymechanic or have similar technical training
• Experience in production and solid knowledge of CNC environments are essential
• You are proficient with SIEMENS or FANUC control systems and ideally also familiar with a CADCAM system
• You have already gained initial experience as a service technician or wish to specialise in this direction
• You have a very good command of French and a good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
