Do you wish to put your skills at the service of the community?To contribute to the proper functioning of its department, the HRD of the City of Lancy is looking for a:Mission:As a senior manager, you support the head of the Human Resources Department (HRD), you contribute to the development, organization, and proper functioning of the department, specifically regarding activities and files in the financial, HR, and administrative domains, while providing support to HR managers in these areas.Main activities:- Contribute to the proper functioning of the department, its organization, and its development.- Ensure the management of the payroll team, supervise payroll activities, and the administrative management of the entire department.- Develop and conduct the entire HR budget process, up to the closing, while collaborating on the monitoring of the City of Lancy's workforce.- Carry out all financial projection requests related to the monitoring of the HR payroll.- Ensure budget monitoring and perform the controls required by the financial department (supplier management and expense reports, purchase orders, expenses, etc.).- Take charge of administrative tasks and participate in the drafting as well as the editing of various documents such as reports, annual reports, internal and external memos, website updates, etc.- Develop internal control tools and ensure their monitoring and implementation in processes.- Support the head of department by ensuring the management of HR projects or HR files autonomously.- Guarantee compliance with laws, collective agreements, and other regulations specific to the administration.Profile and skills:- Hold a degree in management at the HES level or a title deemed equivalent.- Justify 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role and/or in a comparable field of activity.- Mastery of payroll management within a public entity constitutes a significant asset.- Possess solid team management skills.- Perform financial analyses and mobilize proven knowledge in this field.- Organize, plan, and manage priorities effectively.- Collaborate actively within a team and foster a spirit of cooperation.- Communicate with ease and maintain quality professional relationships.- Demonstrate autonomy and make decisions proactively.- Master the French language perfectly, both orally and in writing.- Use current and complementary IT tools with ease.Additional information:- Application deadline: June 28- Start date: As soon as possible- Activity rate: 100%- Type of contract: Permanent- Salary scale: Class 19- Workplace: route du Grand-Lancy 41 - 1212 Grand-LancyReady to take on new challenges?
