To contribute to the smooth running of its service, the HRS of the City of Lancy is looking for a:

Your mission:
As a senior manager, you support the head of the Human Resources Service (HRS), contribute to the development, organisation, and smooth running of the service specifically on administrative activities and files in the financial, HR, and communication fields, while providing operational support to HR managers in these areas.
Your main activities
- Contribute to the smooth running of the service, its organisation, and development
- Manage the payroll team, supervise administrative and secretarial activities of the entire service
- Develop and manage the entire HR budget process through to closure, while collaborating on monitoring the City of Lancy's workforce
- Make all financial projection requests related to monitoring the HR payroll
- Ensure budget monitoring and perform controls required by the finance department (management of suppliers and service providers, expense claims, purchase orders, expenses, etc.)
- Handle communication tasks and participate in writing and editing various documents such as reports, presentations, annual reports, internal and external notes, website updates, etc.
- Develop internal control tools then ensure their monitoring and integration into operational processes
- Support the head of service by independently managing HR projects or HR files
- Ensure compliance with and application of statutes and other regulations specific to the administration
Your qualifications and skills
- Hold a management qualification at HES level or an equivalent recognised title
- Have 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role and/or in a comparable field of activity
- Mastery of payroll management within a public entity is an asset
- Demonstrate strong team management skills
- Perform financial analyses and possess proven knowledge in this area
- Organise, plan, and manage priorities effectively
- Actively collaborate within a team and foster a spirit of cooperation
- Communicate confidently and maintain quality professional relationships
- Show autonomy and take initiatives proactively
- Have perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written
- Use common and specialised IT tools with ease
