To strengthen our team and support the development of our activities, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous and rigorous administrative, commercial and accounting assistant who wishes to commit long-term to a Swiss SME with a human scale.
Administrative, Commercial and Accounting Assistant (80–100 %)
Job Description:
You will join a Swiss SME with a human scale where versatility, team spirit and autonomy are essential values.
In collaboration with your colleagues, you will actively participate in the daily administrative management of the company, the follow-up of certain commercial activities as well as various accounting tasks. This varied position offers the opportunity to evolve in a dynamic environment, in contact with many internal and external stakeholders.
A gradual transition is planned with our current accountant as part of their upcoming retirement.
Your main tasks
Administration
- Telephone reception and email handling
- Management of mail and routine administrative tasks
- Management and follow-up of client files
- Administrative management of maintenance contracts
- Organisation, filing and archiving of documents
Commercial Support
- Administrative support to technical and commercial teams
- Administrative follow-up of various company activities
- Participation in various administrative and organisational projects
Accounting
- Entry and control of supplier invoices
- Management of creditors and preparation of payments
- Follow-up of debtors and receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Support in the preparation of VAT returns and accounting documents
- Collaboration with the fiduciary and external partners
Human Resources
- Participation in certain administrative tasks related to personnel management
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Confirmed professional experience of several years in a similar role
- Practical experience in accounting desired
- Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- Organisational skills, rigour and discretion
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and to set priorities
- Ability to work autonomously while appreciating teamwork
- Versatility, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Ease in contacts with clients, suppliers and partners
An advantage
- Experience within a Swiss SME
- Knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS
- Ease with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of accounting or ERP software
- Interest in heating, energy or building sectors
