Accounting Secretary in a Care Home - M/F
Responsibilities
- Admission files & Follow-up : Preparation of files, management of admission contracts and obtaining financial agreements with Management
- Institutional procedures : Liaison with official bodies (SPC, AVS, health insurance funds, cantonal offices) and management of social aid or guardianship requests
- Ongoing financial management : Preparation of payments, monitoring of simplified tax declarations, control of pension invoices and management of estates
Required technical skills:
- Personal qualities : Great interest in the elderly person, patience, non-judgemental listening and diplomacy in delicate relational situations
- Required assets : Strong autonomy, sense of priorities, flexibility in working hours and strict respect for professional confidentiality
Your profile:
- Mandatory experience of two years in a similar role in a care home
- Key skills : Solid accounting basics (interest in numbers) and excellent mastery of IT tools
- Language : Perfect command of French (spoken and written)
