As the site manager, you are at the heart of the activity. You ensure the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis, both operationally and managerially.

Your responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate the branch's activity
• Monitor objectives and ensure the overall performance of the site
• Supervise a small team of technicians
• Be present on site and provide technical support if necessary
• Ensure quality service and professional support for clients
• Actively participate in the development of the activity

Your profile

• You have a technical qualification in the automotive field (CFC in mechanics, bodywork or equivalent)
• You have initial experience in team management or taking responsibility on site
• You are comfortable with common IT tools
• You have a genuine taste for fieldwork and client contact
• You have a perfect command of French
• You hold a category B driving licence, which is essential
