Specific responsibilities:

• Completely autonomously renovate apartments including changing the supply, the meter and all fittings in accordance with NIBT/OIBT standards
• Order electrical materials according to requirements
• Manage several sites within the canton

During commissioning, be able to master:

• Protective conductor (PE) continuity test
• Insulation resistance test
• RCD (residual current device) trip test
• Measurement of fault loop impedance (Zs)

Tasks after work (measurement & report)

• Record the actual quantities installed (cables, sockets, fittings, hours).
• Prepare a visit report: work carried out, remarks, variations, client signature.
• Prepare invoicing: supplements compared to the quote

Candidate criteria:

• Experience in Switzerland essential
• Autonomous
• Driving licence.
