Your mission: Reporting to the technical office, you are responsible for monitoring electroplating suppliers, optimising processes and analysing internal malfunctions. You will implement corrective actions and formalise work procedures.

In this capacity, you:

• Liaise with electroplating suppliers regarding quality, deadlines and technical issues.

• Analyse received non-conformities and manage necessary corrective actions.

• Communicate internally the performance status of electroplating suppliers.

• Coordinate the optimisation of internal processes and manage continuous improvements.

• Train operators on new methods and defined processes.

• Audit processes, detect malfunctions and ensure performance maintenance.

Your profile

• Education: Technician diploma ES in mechanics, microtechnology or equivalent training.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience (an advantage if acquired in the watchmaking industry).

• Skills: Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving tools.

• Required qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, proactivity and great rigour in file management. Ability to supervise and lead teams of operators and technicians.

• Languages: Mastery of French; good knowledge of English or German would be a plus.
