We are seeking a versatile person to strengthen our team and actively participate in the development of our company.

Your mission:

A true "Swiss Army knife" of the company, you ensure the link between administrative, commercial, and technical activities to guarantee impeccable service to our clients, suppliers, and partners.

You actively participate in the daily management of the showroom and contribute to the smooth running of internal operations.

Your main tasks

  • Answer telephone calls and direct callers
  • Send technical sheets to clients and sanitary services, respond to various questions
  • Manage the lending of samples to clients and architects
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Manage invoicing, client reminders, and disputes
  • Support the preparation of offers or other requests
  • Arrange appointments and manage diaries
  • Maintain contact with external partners (marketing, referencing, suppliers, etc.)
  • Carry out various projects as they arise with the company’s evolution
  • Participate in team meetings

What you bring:

  • Rigorous, efficient, and autonomous work
  • Technical knowledge of construction, a real plus
  • Excellent organisation
  • Particular attention to detail and solution-oriented
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and interlocutors
  • A strong interest in design, architecture, and materials

Your profile:

  • Training in administrative, commercial, or technical fields (CFC commercial employee or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a technical or commercial component
  • Dynamic, reliable, proactive person with an excellent sense of service
  • Proficient with IT tools (MsOffice), knowledge of Bexio/inDesign software is a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French – English/Italian is a plus
  • Swiss nationality or Permit B, C, G
