Description
HVAC Project Manager (M/F) at 100%
· Manage innovative and varied heating-ventilation-cooling projects, from design to completion;
· Ensure coordination and planning between the different trades of building technology;
· Actively participate in site meetings and establish a clear framework to guarantee constructive collaboration between the various stakeholders;
· Monitor the administrative and financial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and compliance with commitments;
· Provide and implement innovative and efficient solutions resulting from effective strategic monitoring
. Holder of an Engineering degree or a Higher Technical diploma in the field of building technology, thermal engineering, or energy (or equivalent training);
· Solid experience in HVAC design in building or industry;
· Initial experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams;
· Mastery of SIA standards and good skills in financial management of mandates;
· Knowledge of Autocad and Revit software is an asset;
· Autonomous, proactive, client-oriented, with a good team spirit.
