We are looking for a:



Shift Leader



Your responsibilities:

  • Reception & Customer Experience: Ensure the satisfaction and well-being of each guest by offering a warm welcome, active listening and personalised solutions. Be attentive to details to make each stay a unique experience.
  • Coordination and Information Flow: Work closely with all departments (restaurant, wellness, housekeeping, technical service...) to guarantee a smooth and coherent experience. Facilitate the flow of information to anticipate guests’ needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen customer loyalty by ensuring continuous quality of service and working to improve the establishment’s "quality score". Handle complaints and make appropriate decisions.
  • Leadership and Team Spirit: Foster a spirit of cohesion and motivation within your team by valuing their role in the customer experience. Train and support new members to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Supervise operations during shifts.
  • Operations Management: Organise arrivals and departures, apply service standards, oversee pricing policy in collaboration with the Reservations Manager and manage cash registers.

Your profile:

  • Hotel training and/or at least 1 year of experience in a similar position with a strong focus on customer relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and a keen sense of service.
  • Fluent in French and English, ideally German as well.
  • Sense of anticipation and organisation to provide a flawless experience.
  • Administrative management skills and use of hotel software (Fidelio/Opera).
