WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operate and reliably run complex production facilities and progressively learn to master others
• Use your technical skills to intervene in case of production issues and ensure process continuity. Perform quality checks and take samples at various production stages according to defined procedures
• Ensure a clean, precise and well-documented handover with the team and supervisors. Complete production reports and manufacturing records
• Thoroughly clean the facilities and work environment according to protocols to maintain high hygiene standards
• Collaborate effectively and dynamically within the team and demonstrate some flexibility in working hours
• Be proactive and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Federal VET Diploma as an automated machine operator or equivalent training
• Proven experience operating automated facilities in the food sector
• Exemplary rigour in hygiene – cleanliness is an absolute priority
• Knowledge of production management IT tools (JAG, CMMS, ERP, etc.) with a command of French sufficient for fluent communication
• Flexibility to work in shifts as defined, demonstrating responsibility, respect for hygiene standards, team spirit and good stress management
