Description
A true pillar of the organisation, you are responsible for the operational performance of projects, from their launch to delivery. You act as a manager, technical referent and guarantor of results, with a constant focus on quality, cost control and customer satisfaction.
You manage a team of around 10 staff (technicians + Project Manager)
Responsibilities
Team management and development
* Lead, unite and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Actively participate in recruitment, integration and skills development of staff
* Develop talents and encourage collective performance in a motivating environment
Operational project management
* Organise, plan and coordinate project execution
* Ensure rigorous monitoring of progress (scheduling, resources, budget, coordination)
* Guarantee deliverables that meet quality requirements and client expectations
Technical referent
* Validate technical choices and execution methods
* Provide your expertise on complex issues
* Ensure installations comply with standards and regulations
Financial responsibility
* Monitor and optimise project profitability
* Participate in offer construction and financial analysis of projects
* Provide regular and reliable reporting to management
Quality, safety and customer satisfaction
* Deploy and enforce quality and safety procedures
* Guarantee a smooth customer experience from project phase to handover
* Manage sensitive situations professionally
Continuous improvement
* Identify and implement process optimisation measures
* Monitor performance indicators and manage corrective actions
* Actively contribute to steering committees
Candidate profile
* Higher technical education (Engineer, Master or equivalent) in building automation or similar field
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management and team leadership
* Strong expertise in building regulation and automation systems
* Knowledge of protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus, M-Bus
* Experience with Schneider Electric EBO solution is a valued asset
* Good understanding of financial issues related to projects
