Do you like everything to run smoothly? Then this position is made for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional but also pleasant and inspiring. As an Operations Agent / Handyman, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure the environment is well maintained, and are the first point of contact for our clients on site.
Your tasks:
- Handling client requests via the ticketing system
- Moving and rearranging (good physical condition required)
- Assisting with event or conference room setup
- Various handling and logistics tasks
- Various repairs
- Equipment maintenance and stock management
- Rounds for equipment, paper, mail
- Snow clearing (on-call) and green space maintenance
- Support to the cleaning service when needed
Your profile:
- Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as concierge / logistician or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Good command of spoken and written French
- Proficiency with common IT tools
- Driving licence and forklift licence
- Sense of responsibility and customer-oriented
- Autonomous and flexible
- Strong team spirit
- Healthy and transparent communication
- Service-minded
