For one of our clients, we are looking for a qualified nurse available quickly to join a dynamic outpatient facility specialising in the care of patients requiring regular therapeutic follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care and therapeutic activities according to medical prescriptions and current protocols.
• Prepare and administer treatments according to established procedures.
• Ensure the reception, support and follow-up of patients throughout their care.
• Assess the specific needs of patients and guarantee personalised care.
• Ensure proactive and effective communication with the referring doctors to guarantee the safety and quality of care.
• Ensure traceability of care and rigorous record keeping.
• Collaborate closely with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in stock and equipment management.
• Contribute to maintaining hygiene standards and disinfecting the care environment.

Profile

• Swiss nursing diploma or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Proven experience in nursing care.
• Experience in oncology is a valued asset but not essential.
• Ability to work independently while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability.
• Rigorous, methodical and conscientious personality.
• Good stress management and emotional stability in sometimes complex situations.
• Ease in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in French; any other language is an asset.
