What awaits you

• In collaboration with your team, you ensure the follow-up of our clients and manage their mortgage portfolio.
• You independently study and enter credit applications for new business (purchases, mortgage takeovers) and for existing business (increases, mortgage renewals, transfers, etc.).
• As a specialist, you are the reference contact for VZ VermögensZentrum advisors regarding real estate and mortgage matters. In this role, you are in close contact with the specialised services of HypothekenZentrum.
• You are the contact person for advisors who manage their clients directly, regularly communicating with clients mainly by phone and email.
• Administrative tasks complement this exciting position.
• You are willing to travel to Zürich at our headquarters 4-6 times a year.

What you bring

• Commercial training, preferably in the finance sector
• First experience in mortgage financing or strong motivation to develop in this field
• Great interpersonal skills, especially on the phone, with a strong customer service orientation
• Fluent spoken and written French, knowledge of German or Swiss German is a great asset
• Desire to work in a young, dynamic team attentive to clients
• You wish to actively contribute to the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
