Your responsibilities

• Managing the telephone switchboard
• Managing the Customer Service email inboxes
• Transmitting analysis results
• Writing and managing various correspondences
• Handling complaints from medical practices, clinics and hospitals
• Advising doctors on pre-analytical protocols
• Managing non-conformities and file modifications
• Adding analyses
• Performing various general tasks specific to the department

Required skills

Technical:

• Scientific or medical training (laboratory technician diploma or medical assistant)
• Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results and pre-/analytical protocols
• In-depth knowledge of medical practice and hospital procedures with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Comfortable with IT tools and able to work quickly
• Good oral and written command of French
• English and/or German would be an advantage
