On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a Mechanical Trainer (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will provide training to apprentices and employees on bar turning technologies.
• You will lead inter-company courses and support apprentices in their progress.
• You will participate in the design and improvement of training materials and programmes.
• You will regularly assess the knowledge and skills acquired and ensure their follow-up.
• You will contribute to the development of good teaching practices and the evolution of technical content.
• You will keep your knowledge up to date to ensure training is in line with the technologies and requirements of the profession.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma in mechanics (4 years) or an equivalent qualification.
• You have solid experience in setting up, adjusting and changing tooling on bar turning machines such as Tornos and Citizen.
• Ideally, you have experience in training or supporting apprentices.
• You are comfortable with programming – knowledge of gear cutting and rolling is an asset.
• You have good interpersonal skills and know how to adapt your communication to different audiences.
• You are recognised for your pedagogy, enthusiasm in sharing your knowledge and your ability to establish a climate of trust.
• You demonstrate openness, listening skills and a genuine desire to develop others' skills.
