What you achieve
- Train, support and promote team members – and be their role model
- You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread, and combat food waste by placing clever orders
- Order goods at the right time and in the right quantity
- Skillfully plan work within the weekly schedule and thus ensure efficient processes in your shop
- Do everything possible to keep the figures balanced – in terms of turnover, personnel costs and stock of goods
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (AFP)
- Specialisation: in retail (food) or a related profession is an advantage
- Professional experience: Three years or more of professional and leadership experience as a department, sector or aisle manager in retail
- Love for fresh products and ideally experience in this area
- Ability to plan and organise tasks and a keen sense for interpreting key figures
- Good physical condition, some packages weigh up to 10 kilos
- Good knowledge of computers, tablets and smartphones, quick adaptability to other digital tools (e.g. for goods management)
- French (B1)
