What you achieve

  • Train, support and promote team members – and be their role model
  • You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread, and combat food waste by placing clever orders
  • Order goods at the right time and in the right quantity
  • Skillfully plan work within the weekly schedule and thus ensure efficient processes in your shop
  • Do everything possible to keep the figures balanced – in terms of turnover, personnel costs and stock of goods

What you bring

  • Education: Completed vocational training (AFP)
  • Specialisation: in retail (food) or a related profession is an advantage
  • Professional experience: Three years or more of professional and leadership experience as a department, sector or aisle manager in retail
  • Love for fresh products and ideally experience in this area
  • Ability to plan and organise tasks and a keen sense for interpreting key figures
  • Good physical condition, some packages weigh up to 10 kilos
  • Good knowledge of computers, tablets and smartphones, quick adaptability to other digital tools (e.g. for goods management)
  • French (B1)
