As a maintenance planner, you are responsible for planning and supervising the preventive or extraordinary maintenance work on the production facilities. Is this the challenge you are looking for? What you will achieve

• Planning of preventive or extraordinary maintenance measures in collaboration with the production departments and the various maintenance divisions
• Planning and coordination of the required external resources
• Coordination of deployments, management of resources and monitoring of the maintenance of the facilities. Ensuring the availability of spare parts
• Reduction of major plant downtimes by optimising preventive maintenance
• Participation in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in collaboration with maintenance managers and responsible technicians
• Cooperation with production to integrate preventive and specific maintenance into the planning of their activities
• Support of those responsible by creating performance indicators, assisting in the creation of procedures and technical standards as well as managing documentation
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the performance and availability of production facilities
• Support in managing calls to our hotline to coordinate the needs for internal/external resources in the event of unplanned downtimes

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: EFZ as a polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechanic or equivalent training. A professional certificate as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office
• Approach, organisational talent and sense of responsibility. Flexibility, accuracy and independence
• Good stress management, ability to handle several tasks simultaneously. Good communication and negotiation skills as well as willingness to compromise
• German (B2)
• French (A2)
