What you accomplish
- Coordination of technical work: Planning and monitoring maintenance work, proactive management of improvements to technical installations.
- Supervision of external companies: Control of contracts, requests for quotes, and management of work reports.
- Monitoring of installations: Updating technical files and management via the CMMS programme.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: On-site interventions with technicians and coordination of repairs at various sites.
- Planning and organisation: Developing maintenance schedules, technicians’ timetables and holidays.
- Team management: Defining objectives, individual support, skills development, and conflict management.
- Compliance with standards: Ensuring site safety and guaranteeing operational compliance.
- Monitoring of installations: Updating technical files and management via the CMMS programme.
What you bring
- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC).
- Specialisation: CFC as mechanic-electrician with building experience or CFC as electrician fitter with building experience.
- Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in building and technical installation maintenance.
- Technical skills: Mastery of technical and safety standards, ability to analyse situations, and knowledge of IT tools and technological developments.
- Leadership and organisation: Setting clear objectives, delegating effectively, organising work, and managing priorities autonomously.
- Interpersonal skills: Practising active listening, working in a team, integrating into a group, and managing conflicts with respect and transparency.
- Adaptability and initiative: Being flexible, available, open to change, and capable of making decisions and taking initiatives.
- Personal qualities: Demonstrating discretion, building trustful relationships, asserting oneself, and managing stress with stability.
