What you achieve

• Active telephone sales, receiving and handling customer concerns and enquiries
• Customer care and development of new sales channels
• Processing orders and enquiries as well as general administration
• Close cooperation with other departments (production, development, shipping, etc.)
• Processing and managing stock levels via system
• Handling and checking customer complaints
• Organising goods transport and monitoring delivery dates
• Processing and monitoring order confirmations

What you bring

• Education: Federal professional certificate
• Field: Basic training in the food or meat industry / commercial clerk with further training in sales or similar
• Professional experience: 3-4 years of sales experience in the food or meat industry
• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Warm and well-groomed appearance, good manners
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams & OneNote)
• Resilient, engaging and committed personality
• Market knowledge
• Sales flair and negotiation skills
