Key Account Manager (f/m/d)
To support Bechtle in its growth, we are looking for a:
Your mission
- Ensure the follow-up, loyalty, and development of an existing client portfolio mainly in the public sector in the French-speaking region, while contributing to the acquisition of new clients
- Coordinate with our various Business Units to offer comprehensive IT solutions to our clients (Professional Services, Managed Services, Skills Management, Data & Analytics, and Hardware and Software products)
- Develop and monitor account plans for strategic clients and prospects
- Coordinate and manage responses to tenders
- Develop and maintain relationships with our strategic partners
- Participate in client and partner events
- Ensure the preparation of forecasts and regular activity reporting
- Contribute to the company’s dynamics and culture
Your profile
- You are passionate about IT, human relations, and sales
- You have around ten years of experience in commercial roles and proven experience as a KAM or Account Manager in Switzerland in the IT services sector
- You know the economic fabric of the French-speaking region and ideally live there
- You are able to understand client challenges, build trust, and propose suitable solutions
- You know how to unite and work cross-functionally with different internal teams
- Competition does not scare you, quite the opposite!
- You speak French fluently and have excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2)
