Operational purchasing management

• Process internal purchase requests (needs analysis, price offer negotiation)
• Ensure compliance with budgets allocated by category for each purchase
• Monitor and manage any disputes

• Participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers
• Maintain and develop the supplier panel
• Ensure daily relations with partners

• Update supplier and purchasing databases
• Ensure contractual and documentary follow-up of our subcontractors
• Participate in the preparation of analyses and dashboards

• Contribute to the optimisation of purchasing processes
• Participate in simple tenders or consultations
• Provide support to operational teams and the Purchasing team

What characterises you.

• Holder of a purchasing diploma
• First experience in purchasing
• Proficient in common IT tools and knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in French, English B2
• Proactive, autonomous and with strong analytical skills
• Organised and administratively rigorous, good interpersonal skills
