Our client, a recognised player in the healthcare sector in Switzerland, operates an extensive network of medical centres. In a context of strong growth, the organisation is undertaking an ambitious transformation of care, relying on digital innovation and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager is responsible for defining, planning and delivering digital projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from scoping to user adoption.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and international partners, he/she plays a key role in operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

Project Delivery

  • Manage IT projects end-to-end, from initiation to production deployment
  • Define scope, objectives, deadlines and deliverables
  • Develop and monitor project plans, milestones and dependencies
  • Coordinate testing, deployment and adoption phases
  • Ensure budget and resource management

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate business (clinical, operational, commercial) and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment between teams
  • Manage relationships with external providers and partners

Governance, Risk & Quality

  • Identify, monitor and anticipate risks, issues and dependencies
  • Escalate critical matters and propose mitigation plans
  • Ensure compliance with governance, quality and security standards

Transformation

  • Contribute to digital initiatives, including artificial intelligence
  • Manage integration projects in merger/acquisition contexts
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and services

Candidate Profile

Skills

  • Excellent IT project management and delivery skills
  • Proven experience in complex and international environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to anticipate risks and make informed decisions
  • Structured, pragmatic and results-oriented approach
  • Solid technical knowledge (applications, infrastructure, digital)

Languages

  • Fluency in English
  • French and German required

Qualifications

  • Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in computer science or information systems
  • Experience with external providers preferred
  • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system: an asset
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.): a plus
