As a competent colleague, you support our teams in finding solutions and accompany changes from the request to the go-live. If so, we would like to meet you!- Continuously improve the change management process by taking into account standardized methods and procedures.- Identify, analyze, and evaluate all change requests and prepare them for approval by the Change Advisory Board, taking into account SLAs and with minimal and acceptable risk to the systems.- Define the problem management process to identify problems proactively and to be able to quickly implement solutions or workarounds.- Collaborate with support, product managers, and internal and external service providers to unequivocally clarify the root causes of a problem and resolve it in an appropriate and economical manner.- Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge and integrate it proactively both inside and outside the department.- Create an environment of trust and performance through effective communication with all levels of the organization.- Bachelor or master's degree in IT or a similar field with at least 5 years of professional experience.- In-depth knowledge and understanding of ITIL and corresponding change and problem management.- Analytical approach to finding solutions and ability to set priorities effectively and adapt continuously to changing priorities, requests, and schedules.- Dynamic, proactive, and motivated by teamwork, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.- Capable of working in a highly dynamic technical environment and managing multiple tasks in parallel.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including clear and precise oral and written expression.- Knowledge of Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, Scrum/Agile is a plus.- Bilingual German and French with good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian is an additional asset.- An activity in an exciting field, within a dynamic, stimulating, and growing company.- A pleasant working environment, a competitive salary, and social conditions.- Multidisciplinary employment and interesting projects.- We attach great importance to the diversity of the life paths of our employees.
