Internal Service Collaborator for the General Agency of Lausanne


Holding the AFA, have you already been able to put your skills into practice in the field of service and commercial support? Are you a client-oriented person with a strong commitment to your work? Are the fields of individual and collective pension provision as well as health insurance very familiar to you? Here with us, you have the opportunity to develop your skills and demonstrate your abilities; our General Agency in Lausanne wishes to strengthen its internal service team and we would be delighted to receive your application!

Your contribution to the company

  • Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at reception during their visit to the agency
  • Assistance to insurance advisors (pension and wealth management) in scheduling appointments, preparing advice, and following up on client files
  • Drafting insurance offers and proposals
  • Ongoing support to the agency’s advisory teams for all administrative matters
  • Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA’s regional headquarters for all administrative questions
  • General correspondence and administrative tasks of the agency related to internal service

Your skills and talents

  • You have completed commercial training, hold the AFA, and are familiar with the fields of individual pension provision (3rd pillar), collective pension provision (LPP), and health insurance
  • You have some experience in administrative activities related to sales. Moreover, besides administrative tasks, sales and advice genuinely interest you
  • Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in dealing with others. You seek solutions for each of your interlocutors and know how to adapt to any situation
  • With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable and able to withstand stress while remaining effective in all circumstances
  • Versatility and flexibility go hand in hand with your team spirit
  • You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an additional asset
  • You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
  • You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
