The following exciting tasks await you:

• Processing of reports remotely, including checking photos and invoices
• Organising the allocation of reports to independent experts
• Preparation and verification of cost estimates and invoices for vehicle repairs
• Handling claims in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Determining the vehicle value before concluding insurance contracts
• Checking plausibility in exceptional technical claims and writing detailed reports
• Ensuring the management of approved repair workshops

What distinguishes you:

• You hold a federal diploma as a bodywork technician or mechanic
• You have several years of professional experience in the vehicle sector or car expertise
• Your mother tongue is German; good French skills are an advantage
• You work independently, can set priorities, meet deadlines, and have good stress resistance
• You are motivated and committed, possess strong social skills, and enjoy working in a team and with various partners
• You are proficient with common IT tools
