Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are:

- Management of interior fitting construction projects, from the offer preparation to completion

- Project types: mainly commercial premises, some residential

- Main contact with clients

- Review of quotes, selection of service providers

- Planning, site monitoring and writing of meeting reports

- Management of deadlines and budgets

- Collaboration with interior architects

Candidate Profile

- Degree in architecture is an advantage (Architect, Interior Architect)

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position required

- Fluent English is a plus

- Proficiency in Archicad is an advantage

- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
