You live on the Riviera and know the Blonay-Saint Légier region well, you have already been able to put your sales, negotiation and networking skills into practice? Your contribution to the company
- Targeted and personalised advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by phone
- Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
- Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of the client portfolio in your region
- Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, with the support of the entire AXA structure and modern monitoring tools
Your skills and talents
- You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have some initial experience, knowledge of the service and insurance sector is an advantage
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in this region because you live there
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contact with others, you seek solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
- You master French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented, remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
