On behalf of one of our clients, active in the prestigious watchmaking field in Geneva, we are looking for an Industrial Operator (M/F)

Your future responsibilities:

• You will carry out the aesthetic inspection of components according to the ranges and instructions available.
• You will use the usual control tools for the role.
• You will apply the procedures and directives issued by quality.
• You will report all non-conformities found.
• You will manage non-conformities after inspection

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in activities transferable to the watchmaking sector.
• You demonstrate adaptability, availability, rigour, organisation and analytical skills.
• You currently hold or have held one of these positions: Industrial Operator / Component Assembly / Mass Production / Versatile / Packaging / Light Industry / Precision manual work
• Previous experience in Switzerland is appreciated

You are also comfortable with:

• Working in shift patterns (2x8 / 3x8)
