- Ensure a key role of close support to managers and employees and act as a recognised partner within your division

What makes you unique
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist (with Federal HR Certificate or university degree)
- Solid knowledge of operational HR processes and salary policy (recruitment, training, managerial support), ideally in the public and private sectors (5 to 10 years of experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Sharp analytical mind, network thinking and solution-focused reflection, even under pressure or in very complex situations
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage several topics simultaneously
- Fluency in two official languages (including a minimum B2 level in German), both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of a third official language
