Description

To strengthen our client’s HR team, we are looking for a 50% HR Business Partner, a true partner to managers, capable of providing strategic and operational support on all HR matters.
Proficiency in German at B2 level is essential. Working days: Wednesday afternoon to Friday evening.

Responsibilities

In direct connection with the management line, you will work on the following areas:

  • Advising and supporting managers on all HR issues
  • Conflict management and support in sensitive situations
  • Recruitment: managing processes from A to Z in collaboration with the teams
  • Training and development: identifying needs and implementing actions
  • Supporting managers in performance evaluations

You will work closely with the HR Assistants team, responsible for:

  • administrative management of contracts
  • payroll
  • social insurances
  • work certificates

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or generalist HR role in Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication skills and advisory sense
  • Comfortable managing complex and conflictual situations
  • Fluency in French (perfect) and German at least B2 level
  • Autonomy, proactivity and team spirit
