MISSION DESCRIPTION
  • Ensure HR administrative management for a large population
  • Participate in monitoring the employee lifecycle (entries, exits, contracts, absences)
  • Ensure compliance with current Swiss regulations
  • Provide support for payroll and employee relations activities
  • Contribute to the quality of HR service in a high-end environment


EXPECTED PROFILE
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labour law, professional experience in Switzerland essential
  • Training in human resources
  • Experience ideally in the hospitality, tourism or luxury sectors
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail
  • Discretion, rigour and a service-oriented mindset
