Mandated by one of our clients based in the Cossonay region, we are looking to strengthen their human resources team for a temporary period with a:

HR Assistant - 100% (M/F)



HR Assistant - 80% (M/F)


MISSION DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the administrative management of personnel and supporting employees with their HR requests. You will ensure the monitoring of social insurances, family allowances and the preparation of variable payroll elements.

You will manage personnel files, track working hours, absences and holidays, as well as update HR data.

You will also be responsible for HR administrative tasks such as jubilees, internal communications, digitisation, filing and archiving of documents.


EXPECTED PROFILE
  • Holder of a commercial employee CFC as well as the HR Assistant certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role in Switzerland
  • Very good command of French and good knowledge of English
  • MS Office: very good knowledge
  • Proficiency in Mobatime
  • Autonomous, versatile, organised and proactive person
