What you will achieve

• Deputise during the absence of the manager or deputy
• Supervise all service stations and work at a service station
• Active selling, additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling
• Introduction of new employees and motivating service staff
• Collecting payment from guests
• Writing menus, inventory, emails, cash register etc.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Hotel/tourism vocational school with federal diploma or successfully completed basic training with federal certificate of competence and higher professional examination in the gastronomy sector advantageous
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in Italian gastronomy service
• A passion for the host role. Service to guests is central to you. You implement this service mindset uncompromisingly and act as a role model
• A strong affinity for food
• Very good IT user skills
• German (B1)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
