What you accomplish

• You manage the kitchens and restaurants at our Courtepin and Bazenheid sites
• You harmonise practices between the two sites, particularly regarding products, quality and processes
• You standardise processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the restaurants
• You develop and implement standardisation concepts
• You ensure centralised management of resources and costs
• You guarantee working conditions that comply with safety, health and well-being requirements
• You are the main contact for suppliers and manage goods orders
• You perform various administrative tasks
• You propose balanced and modern dishes
• You contribute to good nutritional health by taking into account the different activities of employees

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: CFC cook with advanced training in the catering/hospitality sector
• Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collective catering
• You stand out through a strong performance and results orientation
• You demonstrate excellent customer orientation and a strong sense of service
• You are available and flexible to make regular trips between Courtepin and Bazenheid
• You have good command of common IT tools
• You have excellent budget control skills
• You possess very good leadership abilities
• French (B2)
• German (B2)
