What you accomplish
- You manage the kitchens and restaurants at our Courtepin and Bazenheid sites
- You harmonise practices between the two sites, particularly regarding products, quality and processes
- You standardise processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the restaurants
- You develop and implement standardisation concepts
- You ensure centralised management of resources and costs
- You guarantee working conditions that comply with safety, health and well-being requirements
- You are the main contact for suppliers and manage goods orders
- You perform various administrative tasks
- You propose balanced and modern dishes
- You contribute to good nutritional health by taking into account the different activities of employees
What you bring
- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
- Specialisation: CFC cook with advanced training in the catering/hospitality sector
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collective catering
- You stand out through a strong performance and results orientation
- You demonstrate excellent customer orientation and a strong sense of service
- You are available and flexible to make regular trips between Courtepin and Bazenheid
- You have good command of common IT tools
- You have excellent budget control skills
- You possess very good leadership abilities
- French (B2)
- German (B2)
