What you will achieve

• You manage the department composed of around 60 people and are responsible for defining and achieving objectives in terms of volume, quality and production cost
• You are responsible for optimising and monitoring existing processes
• You support team leaders in development, recruitment and personnel management
• You lead and accompany your team on various projects
• You are responsible for managing the dashboards in your area
• You develop and support continuous improvement. Our quality/safety system is one of your priorities
• You ensure the application of company directives, including hygiene, quality, environmental and safety standards in force

What you bring

• Education: Higher education
• Specialisation: Federal diploma or equivalent, in the agri-food sector an asset
• Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You are recognised as a committed field manager who knows how to work in a team
• You enjoy responsibilities which you assume successfully and independently
• You can adapt to operational requirements by being flexible when the situation demands and are capable of making decisions
• Your leadership and extensive communication skills allow you to develop strong relationships with all your interlocutors
• You have good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office and SAP)
• French (B2)
