Our headquarters are located in Bulle FR, with 2 branches: St-Blaise NE and Gland VD.
To complete our project team, we are looking for a
Project Manager - (M/F) - 100%
Responsibilities:
- Technical, organisational and financial management of industrial and construction projects
- Tenders, awards, financial monitoring of subcontractors, final accounts
- Work scheduling, coordination in liaison with authorities and client
- Site meetings and minutes
- Site supervision, application of safety, environmental and quality standards
- Timelines, control and monitoring of deadlines, cost control
- Pre-acceptance and acceptance of works, commissioning, revision files
- Warranty work
Profile:
- Training as an architect or engineer
- Technician in work management or planning
- Building draftsman, an asset
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Switzerland
- Sense of responsibility and priorities, organised and meticulous
- Team spirit
