You are the conductor of our agency, the privileged contact point between the expectations of our clients and the technical resources available. As a coordinator, you turn needs into concrete solutions – with efficiency, responsiveness and precision.

What you will do brilliantly
- Answer client calls with professionalism and a smile (even on the phone, it can be heard)
- Propose personalised solutions and prepare rental offers and contracts
- Organise machine schedules and arrange their transport
- Ensure smooth and responsive daily management of the agency
- Collaborate actively with local, regional teams and headquarters
- Be the ally of the agency manager, ready to replace them if needed
The profile that will make the difference:
- Experience 3 to 5 years in service, ideally in rental
- Impeccable French, both spoken and written, to draft clear reports
- Proactive, customer-oriented and with good interpersonal skills
- Stress-resistant and ready to face challenges even with a smile
- Good command of IT tools and strong organisational skills
Your training:
- Federal VET diploma in logistics, commercial employee or equivalent
- Forklift licence and/or trailer licence: it’s a plus that will make a difference!
Starting date:
- As soon as possible or to be agreed
