Your responsibilities

• Manage complex digital projects, from their scoping to their production launch, ensuring a high level of demand and quality

• Ensure smooth and structured communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external

• Understand your clients’ business challenges and translate their needs into concrete solutions, in close collaboration with technical teams

• Define and orchestrate delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with commitments and quality standards

• Maintain a relationship of trust with your contacts, positioning yourself as a strategic partner

• Identify optimisation and development opportunities, and actively contribute to account growth

• Ensure rigorous monitoring of budgets and project scope

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the proposed solutions and the B2B digital ecosystem

Profile sought

• Proven experience in digital / IT project management, ideally in demanding environments

• Excellent analytical, structuring and complex problem-solving skills

• Service-minded and demanding regarding the quality of deliverables

• Interpersonal ease and ability to engage with high-level contacts

• Rigour, sense of priorities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master, university or HES)

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management and/or account management
