Product Manager / Product Owner Senior Cloud computing



Overall Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Infomaniak’s strategic vision by highlighting its values and the interests of customers

  • Integrate with teams and understand their dynamics

  • Anticipate needs, risks and propose appropriate solutions

  • Be a driving force for project realisation and success

Context & Product Scope

You will actively participate in the development of our sovereign cloud infrastructure in the Cloud Computing universe (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), designed to offer ethical and high-performance solutions to our clients. This scope covers the management of virtualised resources, high-availability storage, containerised solutions, as well as our web hosting and on-demand infrastructure offerings.

Product Management Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and carry the short- and medium-term product vision, aligned with Infomaniak’s overall strategy and market needs.

  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, constantly balancing user value, technical feasibility and business objectives.

  • Analyse the market and competition to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

2. Discovery & Design:

  • Lead product discovery: conduct user interviews, analyse usage data (metrics, funnel) and test hypotheses before any development.

  • Translate customer needs and user feedback into concrete opportunities and clear functional specifications (User Stories, acceptance criteria).

  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and human-centred experiences.

3. Execution & Delivery:

  • Dynamically prioritise the backlog with development teams, ensuring each delivery brings measurable value.

  • Facilitate product rituals and ensure smooth communication between technical teams, marketing and support.

  • Monitor product performance after launch (KPIs, adoption, satisfaction) and iterate quickly to optimise results.

4. Go-to-Market & Ecosystem:

  • Support sales, marketing and support teams in launching features (training, sales arguments, documentation).

  • Manage relationships with technology partners and suppliers related to the product to ensure integration and service quality.

  • Represent the product internally and sometimes externally (events, key customer feedback, public tender) to be its primary ambassador.

Profile sought:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner

  • Technical knowledge in software development or information system administration is mandatory

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and listening skills, both with technical and non-technical profiles, internal or external

  • Mastery of project management methodologies (predictive, hybrid, agile: PMP, Scrum, Kanban…)

  • Strong sensitivity to user experience, interfaces and product design

  • Organised, rigorous and methodical

  • Ability to manage priorities, stress and deadlines

  • Be proactive and solution-oriented

  • Excellent level of French and good level of English

The position:
