Your tasks
- Ensure the administrative management of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of administrative and insurance data.
- Coordinate admissions and discharges with internal teams and partners.
- Welcome and support patients with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
- Contribute to the smooth running and continuous improvement of the department.
Your profile
- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent training.
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in the healthcare sector.
- Good command of IT tools and interest in administrative processes.
- Organisational skills, autonomy, rigour, and team spirit.
- German and good knowledge of French.
