Overall responsibilities:

• Contribute to Infomaniak’s strategic vision by promoting its values and the interests of clients

• Integrate with teams and understand their dynamics

• Anticipate needs, risks and propose appropriate solutions

• Be a driving force for project delivery and success

Project management responsibilities:

• Gather and formalise requirements, ensure project viability and define the functional specifications

• Share the vision and clearly communicate objectives to teams

• Identify and monitor project-related risks

• Plan and track daily project execution

• Coordinate all involved business teams (Design, UXUI, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Support, Marketing, QA, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration focused on achieving project goals.

• Lead agile ceremonies and meetings, and ensure follow-up (minutes, reports, etc.)

• Provide regular reporting to managers and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with budget, deadlines and quality

Profile sought:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a complex technical environment (Cloud, SaaS or Infrastructure)

• Understand deep technical issues to engage constructively with cloud architects and backend teams on infrastructure topics (IaaS/PaaS)

• Excellent collaboration, communication and listening skills, with both technical and non-technical profiles, internal or external

• Mastery of project management methodologies (predictive, hybrid, agile: PMP, Scrum, Kanban…)

• Strong sensitivity to user experience, interfaces and product design

• Organised, rigorous and methodical

• Ability to manage priorities, stress and deadlines

• Be proactive and solution-oriented

• Excellent level of French and good level of English
