As part of a temporary reinforcement within our accounting department, we are looking for an experienced professional in real estate accounting available as soon as possible and until 23.12.2026.
Accountant (Fixed-term contract) - (60-100%)
Do you have solid experience in real estate accounting, particularly in preparing heating and management statements?

Your main tasks
- Take charge of preparing heating and management statements.
- Check the consistency of entries and accounting data necessary for preparing the statements.
- Make adjustments and verifications in coordination with the relevant teams.
Your profile
- Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) complemented by experience in real estate accounting (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in preparing heating and management statements
- Proficiency with GARAIO REM and BILAN software
- Comfortable with common IT tools
- Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, organised personality with well-developed interpersonal skills.
