Chef de Rang/Barman 5* Hotel M/F on temporary assignments
Your mission:
- Ensure the smooth running of the service (welcome, service, follow-up, )
- Guarantee a professional and quality service to the client and ensure their satisfaction
- Follow the instructions of the Maître d’hôtel and the company standards
Your Skills:
- Strong knowledge of service rules and techniques
- Setting up tables, laying and clearing according to the instructions of the floor manager
- Place the client at the centre of your mission
- Knowledge and respect of hygiene and safety rules
Your qualities and prerequisites:
- Impeccable presentation
- You hold a diploma from a hotel school: CFC or BTS Hotel and Catering is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- You understand the challenges of a high-end service
- Available without time constraints
