At BN Conseils, we are primarily looking for a commercial personality capable of identifying opportunities, developing a network and creating value.
Our profession consists of supporting owners, investors, public authorities and institutional players in their strategic reflections related to real estate, land development and asset enhancement.
To support our growth, we are looking for an ambitious, dynamic and results-oriented person who wishes to actively participate in the development of our activity in French-speaking Switzerland.
Your mission:
- Parcel analysis, search for buildable land, monitoring the local market and qualifying opportunities for real estate development projects
- Identify new business opportunities with landowners, investors and companies
- Develop and maintain a network of referrers and partners
- Actively prospect by phone, on site and at professional events
- Detect land to be developed, buildings likely to be sold or projects requiring strategic support
- Organise and conduct initial business meetings
- Feed and develop our business portfolio
- Work closely with our specialists in real estate development, energy strategy, real estate consulting and transactions
What we are looking for:
You are probably the right person if:
- You enjoy human contact and negotiation
- You are persevering and do not get discouraged after a refusal
- You know how to quickly create a climate of trust
- You are motivated by results and challenges
- You have an excellent level of French, (English, German or other languages are a plus but not necessary)
- You are comfortable on the phone as well as in meetings
- You have a professional network or have the ability to build one quickly
Experience in sales, brokerage, finance, insurance, B2B services or business development is an asset.
